checkbox.tools offers a set of free network and developer utilities. We aim for correctness and reasonable uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability, result accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose. Results are informational only and must not be relied upon for safety- or legally-critical decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the service in any of the following ways:
- Probing, scanning, or attacking any third-party system you do not own or have explicit authorization to test.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass per-IP rate limits, Turnstile challenges, or other abuse-prevention measures.
- Scraping or reselling results at scale; use our public API (when available) instead.
- Submitting illegal content, including unlawful malware samples, child sexual abuse material, or hate speech.
- Reverse engineering the service or its security mechanisms for malicious purposes.

The source code, design, and content of checkbox.tools are owned by us or licensed to us, and protected by copyright. You may not copy or redistribute the site without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. Open-source dependencies retain their respective licenses.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or missed opportunities.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the operator's country of incorporation. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply where required.
